## Why Kingsheart

The rules that make software unique live in code nobody reads and in the heads of people who moved on. Recreating that knowledge during a rewrite is a risk.

Kingsheart reads code, documents and tickets before changing a line. It asks people the questions the code cannot answer, learns how the product really works and keeps that picture current as work continues. It rebuilds the product and adds new capabilities.

## How it works

The website presents six steps, with team sign-off:

1. **Discover:** Map the product, its code, business rules and the people who know them. Your team confirms what it found.
2. **Plan:** Turn findings into a phased plan, with tests each phase must pass. Your team approves the plan.
3. **Execute:** Run the approved plan step by step. Your team reviews the work.
4. **Verify:** Run the old and new systems side by side, checking them rule by rule. Your team accepts the result.
5. **Deploy:** Put the rebuilt product live when your team chooses the moment.
6. **Outcomes:** A modern AI-native product with retained intellectual property that passed rigorous testing. Your team sees the results.

## Working with your team

Kingsheart, Heart for short, finds what matters and asks the people who know. It keeps a versioned record of what it learned, where each fact came from and who approved it. That knowledge stays when people move on, and the next project starts from it.

The website illustrates three product views:

- **Planning:** Findings turned into a plan in steps.

## Your control

- **Kept apart:** Each product lives in its own workspace, separate from every other one.
